This course will introduce all functional aspects of a Workflow Management System, from the Modeler module responsible for the definition of the business process, to the real-time execution of the process activities.

Objective

Participants will understand workflow modeling concepts and be able to apply them in a workflow implementation project.

  • Process definition (in Baan DEM and EZ-Workflow) such as Network diagrams, user and team definition, synchronous and asynchronous flows, priorities
