Program Deliverable Levels

1. * Free of charge * DEM Benefits Presentation (2 hours). This presentation gives an overview of the benefits you can expect when implementing DEM (Baan IV or Baan ERP) in your company. Benefits will be addressed from line management perspective as well as application management and end-user perspective (see Note 1).
2. DEM Implementation Setup (min. 3 days). For companies that wish to implement DEM but want to do it right the first time. DynaFlow consultants will do the one-time configuration and setup of DEM for you, will perform basic training to enable your staff to build and maintain DEM models in an efficient manner. Furthermore, a detailed step-by-step Action Plan will guide your organization to finish the model definitions. If you're short in resources, DynaFlow can take the lead in the modeling effort until successful completion.
3. Problem Analysis and Proposal for Resolution (3 days). Our consultants are equipped with a reference toolset of proven best-practices for all Baan DEM profiles. Your profile will be determined based on amongst others your Baan Version, installed Service Packs, multi-company setup etc. Your actual DEM implementation will be mapped with the 'ideal' implementation for your profile. The result is the problem analysis and resolution proposal, including an Action Plan with resolution steps and corresponding priorities.
4. Implementation of the Resolution Proposal. If your company wish to implement the proposed resolution plan smoothly and quickly, the implementation can be performed by DynaFlow, directly following the problem analysis. In cooperation with you as the customer, our consultant will agree which resolutions will be implemented in which timeframe. This is your best insurance to a successful DEM Optimization.
5. DEM Training. Based on the identified training need or request from you, DynaFlow can deliver basic or advanced trainings for all Baan DEM versions, as well as training for modelers and model architects.
